If you join coaching-related experiences or receive an invitation into a guided experience, we may also collect information you provide in that context.

2. Account And Login Data

When you create an account or sign in, we process account and authentication data needed to verify access, maintain your session, secure the service, and support account recovery. This can include your email address, account identifier, encrypted authentication records, session information, sign-in timestamps, and related security metadata.

3. Reflections, Check-Ins, Coaching Responses, And Admin Relationship Data

If you use private areas of Luz Despierta, we may store reflection entries, daily check-ins, coaching responses, coach notes, and relationship data that connects a coach or admin workflow to a specific user account. We use this information to provide the experience you requested, keep coaching/admin workflows organized, and support service operations. We do not state that these materials are anonymous if they are tied to your account.

4. Automatically Collected Data, Analytics, And Cookies

We and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device details, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP, session behavior, and cookie or similar storage data. We use this information to keep the site working, understand basic usage, improve performance, measure traffic, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

5. Email Providers

Luz Despierta currently uses email service providers to deliver certain platform communications. We may use Resend for launch and admin invitation flows, and we may use SendGrid for coach or contact notifications and related transactional email delivery. Those providers process the information needed to send and log the emails.

6. Admin Invites, Coaching Coordination, And Relationship Data

Some parts of Luz Despierta may connect a member account to an admin, guide, coach, cohort, or invitation flow. When that happens, we may store invite status, assignment records, internal relationship metadata, scheduling or coordination details, and notes needed to operate that experience. We use that information to keep the right people connected to the right workflow, not to publicly expose private relationship details.

7. How We Use Information

• Operate the website, accounts, reflections, check-ins, and coaching-related experiences.
• Authenticate users, protect service security, and support account recovery.
• Send transactional, invitation, coaching, support, or administrative messages.
• Understand product usage, improve reliability, and reduce abuse or operational errors.
• Prepare for payments, subscriptions, and archive access controls if those features are launched later.

8. Advertising Disclosure

We may work with advertising providers such as Google AdSense or similar partners in the future. If advertising is enabled, those providers may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to measure ad delivery, limit repeated ads, report performance, or support ad personalization where applicable.

We are preparing the legal structure for possible future monetization, but this policy does not mean those ads are active today.

9. Cookie And Ad Personalization Controls

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. If advertising features are enabled in the future, you may also have choices through ad-provider tools, consent prompts, or device settings that affect ad personalization. Some site functions may not work properly if required cookies are disabled.

10. Future Optional Rewarded Reflection Archive Unlocks

Luz Despierta may eventually offer an optional rewarded-ad model for archived reflections. Under that model, today's reflection would remain free, while certain older archived reflections could be unlocked after a user affirmatively chooses to watch a short ad. Any such feature would be optional and user-controlled.

We do not intend to interrupt a current breathing or reflection moment with ads, and we do not describe this future concept as active until it is actually launched.

11. No Personal Ad Targeting Based On Private Reflection Or Coaching Content

Private reflections, daily check-ins, coaching responses, and similar sensitive in-app entries are not used by Luz Despierta to personally target ads to you. If advertising is introduced later, we aim to keep that boundary in place.

12. Data Sharing With Service Providers

We do not say that we never share data. We do share information with service providers that help us operate the site and services, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payment, and email infrastructure. We expect those providers to process information for service delivery rather than for unrelated resale.

13. Payments And Subscription Data

If you choose a paid product, membership, or subscription, payment processing may be handled through Stripe or similar payment infrastructure. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers, but we may receive transaction details such as purchase status, subscription status, billing identifiers, and related account data.

We include this now because paid access may be added later. If checkout is not live in the product, this section is preparatory and does not mean your current use of the site requires a payment method.

14. Retention And Deletion

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records tied to your account, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. If archive, coaching, or admin systems expand later, retention practices may also expand, and we will update this page when they do.

15. Your Choices

You can choose not to submit optional reflections, check-ins, or coaching responses, although some features may be limited if you do. You can also contact us if you want to ask about account data, request deletion where available, or report a privacy concern.

16. Children's Privacy

Luz Despierta is not designed for young children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.

17. International Visitors

If you visit Luz Despierta from outside the country where our providers operate, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions where our hosting, email, analytics, database, authentication, or payment providers work. By using the service, you understand that cross-border processing may occur.
