1. Educational And Spiritual Reflection Only

Luz Despierta offers educational, reflective, and spiritual content designed to support personal contemplation, perspective, and practice. The service is not presented as a substitute for licensed professional services.

2. Not Medical Advice

Content on Luz Despierta is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have questions about physical or mental health, seek help from a qualified professional.

3. Not Therapy Or Mental Health Counseling

Luz Despierta is not a therapy platform and does not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric services, crisis response, or licensed mental health counseling unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

4. Coaching Is Reflective Support, Not Clinical Care

If Luz Despierta offers coaching, guided reflection, cohort support, or admin-led invitation experiences, those services are for reflective and educational support only unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise. They are not emergency services, crisis care, or licensed treatment.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, or personal outcome from using the service. Reflection tools and coaching-related experiences may support your process, but your results will vary.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the service, how you interpret content, and what actions you take based on it. You agree to use Luz Despierta lawfully and not to interfere with the security, reliability, or normal operation of the site.

7. Accounts, Invites, And Acceptable Use

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, misuse another user's data, disrupt platform operations, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.

If you receive an invite to a private workflow, cohort, admin space, or coaching experience, that invitation is personal to you unless we explicitly say it can be shared. We may suspend or revoke access if an invite is misused or if continued access would create safety, privacy, or operational issues.

8. Your Content And Private Areas

You keep responsibility for the content you submit, including reflections, check-ins, messages, and coaching responses. You give us the limited rights needed to host, store, organize, and display that content within the service for your use and for any experience you joined.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Do not post another person's private or confidential information without permission.

9. Advertising, Affiliate, And Sponsored Content

Luz Despierta may include advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, or other promotional content now or in the future. If that happens, we intend to present those materials with reasonable clarity. We may also eventually offer optional rewarded unlocks for archived reflection content, but we are not stating that such features are active unless they are actually available in the product.

10. Payments, Subscriptions, And Stripe Checkout

If paid memberships, subscriptions, credits, or other purchases are offered, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation flow, and purchase scope may be shown at checkout or in the product at the time of purchase. You are responsible for reviewing those details before completing payment.

We do not claim refund rights, subscription rights, or tax treatment beyond what is actually offered in the product, at checkout, or required by applicable law.

11. Service Availability And Changes

We may update, pause, revise, or remove features at any time, including reflection archives, coaching workflows, account tools, or monetization features. We try to improve the service carefully, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

12. Future Archive Rules And Access Changes

Reflection archives, gated content, or older materials may be reorganized, moved behind account access, made paid, offered through optional unlock flows, or removed. We will try to describe access rules honestly at the point of use, but archived content is not guaranteed to remain available in its current form forever.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luz Despierta and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date below. Your continued use of Luz Despierta after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
